And there's always this rush of pleasure involved... Anyway, if someone could enlighten me, because it's something I really don't hear about much.

when you "crack your knuckles", you are actually popping blood pockets in the joints, where no bones exist.

you are most likely popping these same bubbles where blood fills the tissue. rock on

I thought this was a rather bizarre question-but my curiosity got the best of me-and turns out someone else was wondering the same thing

I did indeed break my penis about 15 years ago. I used to be able to "crack" my penis by pushing down on it when it was erect. By pushing down, I mean pushing the head towards the shaft, not moving it down like a lever. This would make my erection go away and I would do this when I did not want an erection. Anyway, I woke up in the middle of the night with an erection and pushed on it in the bathroom and it indeed made that loud "crack" you were talking about. It instantly swelled in diameter and at the Hospital turned black and blue. They performed the surgery and gave me these small glass tubes of liquid wrapped in gauze. I would break these tubes and smell the liquid to make my erection instantly subside so that the stitches would not tear open. It has been basically fine since then.

Thats from a randy on my source site

Don't do that anymore, you'll damage your plumbing. Get your pleasure some other way.
