Well, if you can't afford to go out of the state or something, then I suggest that you spend time w/ your family more. What I do is have long sleepovers w/ my sisters on the weekend. omg, it is so much fun! First, we read books for an hour or so, then we eat midnight snacks. After that, we play card games. If we can, we watch T.V. Then comes this part... chatting. We talk about boys, whats been going on, our friends, you get what I'm saying? Then after you're soooo pooped out, go to bed. Set your alarm to an early time. In the morning, we help each other make our own breakfast, then wash up. We clean our room, then we go jogging. Do it for at lest two hours, and bring something like an MP3 player w/ you. If you jog to the beat, it's fun, and you won't realize that you're so tired. Then after we're done, we check our weight [kinda awkward, but...]. When you're finally done, just watch T.V. or sleep or something. I hope this will help you. Ciao!

I like to read, and get outdoor exercise. Do you have a bike? Ride it to the library, read for a few hours, take along some sandwiches, eat them outside, then ride home. You will nourish your body, your mind...and your stomach!
