Does all of your blood go to your head cause your upside down at the bottom of the world? Or does gravity work down there, too?

Yes, the blood rushes to your head and pools there, eventually it will start to escape through your ears, which will not be pleasant... Chewing gum helps... And no gravity absolutely does not function there, you should always tie a rope somewhere in the vicinity of the equator when you go to Antarctica, or you're risking falling off the face of the earth. Now you don't want that to happen do you?

You might be upside down to the rest of the world. but in antarctica, you are right side up. Gravity is existing in all parts of the earth. No blood will rush to your head.

No. Your blood will not go to your head and nothing will change--except that you will be very cold for a long time because your body needs time to adapt to the change in climate.
The gravity of the earth is what keeps you on the ground.

At every point on the earths surface, gravity pulls toward the center of the earth. Nothing is special about the north pole, or the south pole, or the equator, or anywhere else.

Blood travels throughout the body in spite of gravity, regardless of your position on the earth.

At the South Pole, however your blood may flow freely from wounds sustained by killer polar bears, penguins, and South Pole evil elves.

The rules and laws of gravity apply no matter where on earth you happen to be. It doesn't matter if you are on the North Pole, or the South Pole. The laws of gravity and physics are constant and unchanging.

It doesn't matter where you are in the earth, the gravity may not be the same, but it won't show any dramatical changes like you said

the problem would be the extremly cold weather there, that could let you die of freeze blood

I'm assuming that you are male and that all of YOUR blood is between your legs since you asked such a dumb question! And, by the way, YOUR blood would probably STILL be between your legs if you went to Antarctica!
