Well first thing's first, do not smell bad, be a friend, if anything, and, remember, first impressions last a lifetime.
Second, be sure to always use her body language to know what she is feeling,try to figure out what she is thinking, that's important! Most importantly smile and act like you don't know anything, vulnerability is important. Her language as a woman is important.

Well if all you care about is her looks, then don't ask her out, cause that relationship probably isn't going to last, if it even starts. If you actually like her, then yes, ask her out.

Just suck it up and ask her out. The worst thing that can happen id she says no. And if she does say no just remember that you weren't with her to begin with so nothing changed and you shouldn't get broken up about it ther are other girls out there.
