Im driving cross country with my sis as she moves to San fransisco... then I realized... she doesnt smoke, so I cant smoke in the house... Were are smokers authorized to smoke over there? or wear arnt they allowed to smoke

California? You will be immediatly arrested by the smoking police, or at least harassed by the so called "progressive" liberals...(read Fascists).
Since you will be in San Francisco, they will probably offer you something else to puff on, and try to turn you into one of them Homer Sexuls

California is a state no one I know would ever live in these days. Someone told us that you can't even smoke out in the street there. They said you can only smoke in your house and in your car. I don't know for sure - but San Francisco is more liberal than the rest of CA - so maybe they'll be more lax.

you cant some in any public building or within certain amount of feet of the entrance, the signs are posted by the doors of each entrance. almost all out doors places you still can, amd i think there are some parks in citys around san francisco that you arent supposed to smoke in either.

All indoor smoking is not allowed. Outdoor should be okay. IN public spaces there are designated areas for smoking.

You can't smoke in bars, restaurants or public buildings. Judging be the smell, motel rooms are still OK.

I've heard that most places in CA have banned smoking.
