I am like totally afraid of confrontation! I dont know why but it just seems that I find myself doing things for people that I would rather not do because I am afraid of what they might say if I say no. I mean if I have a ligitamate excuse not to do it, than I am not afraid to say no, but when i cant think of any other reason not to except the fact that I just dont want to.... I usually end up doing it...do other people have this problem? and how do you tell someone that without getting them pissed at you?

You just have to learn to say no. You can be nice about it
but just tell them you can't do it, you don't need to explain why. Being that nice will only get you taken advantage of.

First of all, who are these people? If they were truly your friend, family, or loved one, they would understand if you said no. If they do not, and they make you feel guilty or get pissed at you, you don't need them anyway! It's normal to be afraid of some confrontation but be strong and know that you're only hurting yourself by being afraid to stand up and say no.

I used to have the same problem I wouldn't tell my friends and family no when they needed favors because I would feel bad about them getting mad if I said no, but it will come to a point that if you don't tell them no you get really stressed out and it's worse for you than for them. For example, my sister in law would always want me to babysit her kids for her and she would just bring them around and be like " Can you watch my kids, it's because I want to go shopping" and stuff like that, then she wouldn't even pay me and she would leave her kids with me all day. Finally I got sick of it and I told her that if she wanted me to watch her kids she had to pay me and I told her how much. It feels much better to be able to tell people what you want because it's your life and you need to run it. Don't let other people's opinions worry you so much. Take care of yourself and let them know when you don't want to do something. You don't even have to be mean about it, just honest.

"Im sorry, but I don't want to do that" is always a lagitamate excuse.

Clearly you need to think seriously about boundries.
