When i am at school i have to go through the same routine, everyday nothing changes. But it is this that mostly causes the problems. I'm in the program JROTC and it really is a good program but, the Sgt's there can be real Mick Assholes. Seriously if you were to enter in something like that be prepare for the instructors because there are some who really are out there to pick on you and mess with you, which brings me to my question. When there is someone in a facility that constantly teases and harasses you ,if you will, what would you do to prevent it from reoccuring? Now it is too late to go to the head of the JROTC,i have tried to deal with but my mentality is shot and i'm ready to kill. It has become so bad to the point of complete exhaustion. I believe this person picks on me because out of that whole period there are only three African Americans which is myself and two other cadets whom are male. But I am the ONLY African American female in that period, so it's pretty unfair.

This is a society and culture problem because well, in the society i am exposed to teens don't have much say-so. It's not like i'm trying to state that other teens have a better control of their life but, as a minority, i feel compelled to have this person fired and dragged out of teaching students anything. This man is a 47 year old Sergeant First Class who's last name is Jamison who has nothing better to do then to pick on a 14 year-old who cannot do much, i just want this man to leave me alone. And i will feel very sorry for the other African American females or whatever outnumbered race, male or female. That comes into our JROTC. I dont to school to be tortured i come to learn and be all i can be. And yet to answer this question the person needs to fully understand my dispostion and temperament towards this man, and what my position is. It's not very reassuring that my culture is not being taken very seriously and this man is also Afican American...so that is something i dont like.

I think you need to look at it from another angle, like maybe he is just trying to push your buttons, to harden you a bit.
But stand firm, "LET" him pick on you and be serious like ok this will not bother me, look him straight in the eye so he can see he's not bothering you, in other words don't let it get to you, he most likely does not mean anything by it, heck I have bosses like that, hell say what you want I just don't care but when you answer him look he in eye and speak loudly and firm
That might help, Don't lit it get to you be strong
