I found out I have a lesbian in the family!

I have a lesbian in my family (mom) too. And, no, I don't think that it's bad. It took her almost 18 years to come out. She was ashamed of herself for what she was. And it's all because of society, and what they think is right. But regardless of all those ignorant people out there who think that being Homosexual is wrong, she still came out to all of us in our family. And I'm sooo proud of her. All I want for my mother, is to just be happy. As you should be to for your relative.

No. We have to respect other people's choices. It's just a matter of preference really. I don't think lesbians are bad but I'm straight and I would prefer a straight heterosexual male for a relationship partner.

There is nothing wrong with it at all.
If anything, you need to open up and support her, let her know you are still there for her

happen to me too, lol, and i couldn't stand her before knowing, now i have mixed up feelings, since i still cant stand her but maybe it's not fair?!
