I asked her out before but she said no, but she seems to flirt with me and always asks about who I like. But after the first time we didn't talk as often as before and I dont want to ruin our friendship.

well, this is kinda tough as I know ya obviously like this girl..she's sending out signals she likes you too.. but is keeping you at arm's length, right? I think she cannot decide. You have to be patient here.. Decide something. How much DO you like her ..is she worth waiting for? (how long?) I wouldn't try and date anyone to make her jealous (it'd backfire.) She sounds nice/friendly (flirty you said.. she's just a nice girl..) I think you ought to wait on her. (It's nice you don't want to ruin the friendship.) Eventually tho it might be.. if she does get another boyfriend, I am guessing you will be too extremely hurt to be as good a 'buddy' to her as you are now. Luv hurts sometimes.. Hm...just wait a little while. Don't pressure her or you will push her away. I heard a saying once that boys and girls can't be friends because each will develop feelings at one time or another...and I understand and know how it feels to be in your situation...so I'm in the same spot. My advice is just wait, many best friends DO end up together, just give it time,.

"wanna hang out sometime later"? then start asking her/him more often until you think he/she likes you..if she says no just say " okay I thought it would be fun you know?" dont act all butt hurt over it in front of her.

Well, IF she IS your bestfriend, obviously she'll expect to share secrets...and if she already said no, just hint it. or just ask her out, but tell her that you don't mind if she says no, and if she looks uncomfortable...well then, just tell her you just wanted to let her know how you feel. :] (errr...okay, my explanation was confusing xD)

love is only chatter freindship is all that matters. if she wants to be with you she will advance the cuase but for the time being keep your freindship intact you will live to enjoy it more
