Contact the County Court Clerks Office where its filed and get it from them, you'll have to pay the sheriff or hire a friend as a process server to serve the individual/s. If you just want documents without said person/s appearing get a "Dukas Tecum"
If your wittiness is sharp you might incur some of his/her expenses for their time i.e. lunch etc.

that's a puzzling one. were you served a subpoena? if so, you want to ensue. in the different case the DA might want to report a action for a rule to exhibit reason, attempt to carry you into court docket back and if the choose feels your justification for failing to look isn't acceptable, you may be held in contempt of court docket.
