its usually pretty hard to ask out your best friend because jus like the name, they feel like you should jus b "friends". i suggest slowly gettin more romantic makin her start to like you less as a friend and more as a soulmate. it will take sometime but im sure she will come thru:)

Has it been a while sense you ask her ? like months or has it just been like weeks ?? makes a BIG difference here..... if it has been a few months then you may be on safe ground again, if it has only been weeks, you may be pushing the friendship to its limits.... I will go on the premise that is has been a few months....... OK ?? here goes... be casual about it and subtle... when the 2 of you are alone ask her to a movie or something simple and short, give her the opportunity to be with you on a sorta date, with NO pressure, so she can see you on that level....... going from friends to boy/girl friends is a touchy and sometimes scary issue..... ppl do not want to lose a friend because of a bad date...... sooo, don 't push........ God bless

Personally, I wouldn't keep asking her untill she gave in. That means she would just be going out with you to stop you from nagging. If you think you have a chance, do something extra nice for her, like buying her a very nice gift, or writing her a poem. Let her go out with you because she wants to be with you, not because you bugged her into it.

Make it casual. Don't let her think of it as a date, but just as two friends having dinner together, watching a movie together, or however you want your "date" to be. Don't say "do you want to go on a date?" But instead just say something like " hey, you wanna go see a movie?" Just be yourself, and even if she says now, she's still your best friend, and eventually she will also grow to like you in a boyfriend/girlfriend kind of way. Just let her get to know you better, and it will just happen

Ask her out to something you know she is interested in and would love to go. If that doesn't work back off

When she said no before how did she say no?? Don't push your luck it may ruin the friendship but if her no was a wimpy one maybe try again. Don't do it over and over it again though.

Tell her how you feel, but if she does not feel the same way at all about you, then tell her that you understand and will back off if she wishes. You can't make her want you.
