Town drunk, he is good at that from what I have read. He certainly isn't a very good leader and I am sure that only 29% of the cows would follow him.

I would say a cowboy. As a recovering alcoholic, I do not expect that he will take that first drink but you never know

He would be the well meaning, but totally befuddled sheriff in town. The man's not evil folks. He just ain't none too bright. ;) Cheny and RUmsfeld, now THOSE two are EVIL.
