Huh?? I can't picture what you are trying to ask. Since the dashboard is inside the vehicle and the wheels are outside of the vehicle, it sounds like severe damage; enough to be a total loss.

I have no idea what you're asking. If you need an automotive dashboard repaired, go to 'Just Dashes' Their repaired dashes are better than new ones.
