Personally I like the first one better. If I were you I would try and find out if anyone has one of those dresses, and if they don't, find out what color they are wearing... in either case, choose the dress that is the most different from the other girls!
But if your Jr. Dance is rather formal, go with the first for sure. If it's very casual or pretty casual, probably the second one. Just wear whatever you're most comfortable in!
LOL and it also helps me to choose which to wear pending on whether or not I can find proper shoes/purse/other accessories to go with it!
