ibm00001.exe is a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. It is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately.

The file is corrupted. Check your antivirus quarantine and see if the file is there.

I think .exe means that something you were trying to install/download may have been corrupt...Just think about any installations/downloads that you have done recently...
