if you can not find a car part can you substitute from a different similar make?

Maybe, maybe not. Check the parts manual. If both models use the same part number, then it will fit. If not, then it probably won't.

dpends on the part,,u can call the auto part store see if both vehicles use the same part number.

as long as the part fits, or is belived to function the same way, then there should not be a problem.
