It's german for "Close cover before striking." Found on any pack of matches picked up in Germany. From the cd "Pyromania" kinda funny if you think about it.

It doesn't mean anything. It was actually done by Def Leppard's album producer Mutt Lange. It was just something silly and they decided to record it.
