I hear you. And they shield themselves by saying that "All men cheat" and "All mean are pigs"...because if they realized that a good number of us have wonderful, respectful, loving partners/spouses, they'd realize that maybe something is wrong with them or their low expectations.
I hear women say "It's fine by me if he goes to the stripclub" - and they really think they are fine with it. But when they hear that your husband/partner doesn't go and that they respect and care for you, you can see in their eyes that they would love to have the same thing. I guess they are scared of having high expectations...expect low and get low.
I am thankful for my husband and his character.

If I was in a relationship with someone, I would prefer respect and romance any day over being hurt. I think that so many women get use to being mistreated in relationships, that they just become tolerant to these kind of actions. I think that most women want a decent, kind guy to shower love and admiration on them, but they just don't run across those kind of guys on a regular basis. It's really no excuse though, because if you really are fed up with being played and mistreated, then you will move on and try to find someone better instead of putting up with it constantly. I think that personality and character really displays the kind of potential one holds as in becoming a good mate, so I definitely say most women want romantic, sincere guys, just not use to dating them.

I love the fact my fiance is so old fashioned and romantic. He is only twenty-four and he could run circles around the older men I have dated who thought they were mack-daddies. It's so nice being treated like a lady!!

that is a good question. but honestly I can't speak for all women but I know that I appreciate and respect a good relationship. But that man has to respect you also.

I DO!!! i only go out with those type. i feel you though. how those girls go wit the one's that cheat on them, treat them like dogs, and disrespect their relatives. they think its cute. I think its down right out WRONG and those girls/women have no respect for themselves and thats y they get those type of fools. if you are willing to be respectful and treat her like a queen, i say 'stick to it'. you'll find a woman who will appreciate it. she may be in the church, work, or store. but dont let your standards down about yourself
