That's ridiculous! He can't ban rap music. He's not god. This is a dumb question. If he "banned" rap music I'd partake in the proceedings to have him impeached. Regardless of whether you are a fan of rap if you live in America you need to defend our freedoms. "Banning" rap would be unconstitutional, the supreme court would not allow it. "Banning" rap would be a direct violation of freedom of speech. Besides that it would have to pass through congress and that would not happen.

Send him flowers--RAP (look up meaning in dictionary) rap-hit make NOISE--RAP is not music--its talking to a beat and saying nothing important . My dog can rap--and lick his butt at same time--doesn't take talent!!!Takes a drum and a pie hole!

I don't listen to rap music, so it wouldn't effect me, but I know a lot of people that would be ticked off.
