Hello, I might consider taking a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway but I am wondering how other's liked it... and if it was worth the drive.

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments. Just curious, I've heard there is parts of the Parkway that do not have fencing.. is there many miles of the Parkway with no fencing? I am a bit afraid to take a drive because of this... thanks.

The views in Virginia are amazing. Re update: very little of the Parkway has fencing or guard rails. Just observe the speed limit and drive carefully.

Beautiful...lots of trails, over looks...nice weather..i live an hour from it in NC
