In my garden I have hundreds of wild mushrooms growing. I used fertilizer from our farm. Mushrooms love fertilizers...as long as you don't eat them your garden and veggies will be perfectly fine.

I have never been comfortable with the idea of growing mushrooms. As a child I was always warned about "poisonous toadstools" and I guess I will never get over it.

I have a couple friends that gather wild mushrooms & they are still alive.

Unless you are an expert it might be wise to avoid wild mushroom growing. Some of them can kill you.
There are kits you can buy to grow a certain kind. That might be the safest way to go.

did you just fertilize? because that can cause mushrooms i would say that its harmless because they only will last from dawn until the sun hits them or till it gets to hot. just pull it out if it bothers you no big deal. as long as you don't eat them you should be fine and your fruit and veggies will be fine. whether you leave them or pick them out.

I agree-- identify what they are-- bad ones will kill you or make you wish you were dead.... Otherwise, mushrooms usually indicate a fungus in your garden-- that isn't the best of things for your veggies-- so identify your shrooms-- but not by trying them, please.
good luck
