If my YouTube account is permanently disabled, should I create a new one in about 1 week?

My account got deleted today due to posting infriging videos that I uploaded too much. I must stop right now. Well, I'm thinking using new e-mail address. Should it be a good idea to sign up again for about a week without posting copyrighted videos?
