I didn't give my cat her medication and her condition cropped up.
She is ok now but I felt like such a jerk to ignore an innocent animals needs. She really is a sweetie and deserves better.
I am usually a great pet gaurdian that I felt like a total crud.
I will never be too busy or forgetfull again

When I think about my grandad, I feel guilty because I don't visit him enough, but he lives miles away, there is no public transport and I don't drive. I do call him on the phone but I just can't get to visit him as often

Every day, every time I breathe. I probably have some chronic guilt issue. I feel guilty for everything, in a bad way. It gives me high anxiety. Blah.

For me I felt guilty when I talked bad about a co-worker -- I shouldn't be doing that. I wouldn't like it if they talked bad about me at work...Which they prob. do anyways so....

knowing that I was deliberately spending more time with a new friend rather than keeping in touch with my closest friend... she felt betrayed and I repent for it....
