1. Eventually, but probably not for awhile. The reason Europe didn't have world wars in the 19th century (though they did have them in the 18th-The French & Indian War was a world war) is because Europe got together to talk out their problems periodically-basically the same purpose the U.N. serves today for the whole globe. 'Course, eventually that system broke down when everybody alive didn't remember big wars....So, Eventually.
2. No tellin'...My guess at the moment is lines will come down between us & China, and then however the sides fall. But I'm not particularly committed to that idea.
3. Unless it goes nuclear, the U.S.A. And it might not, if we get away without actually invading China. If it does go Nuclear, it depends on what Russia does. If Russia stays out, or sides with us, then we will still win, but unpleasantly.
4. Over Taiwan, or Japan, or Central Asia.
5. Hm....I suspect that it would result in further fragmentation of world unity. Yeah. I think that's what'd happen if my scenario played out tomorrow.
6. Next 20 years.
7. Asia & Central Asia, unless it takes place too far in the future. Then China will be strong enough to get to N. America.

1. Knowing man's bloodthirsty history, I think the answer is yes.
2. The participants will be the US and Russia (as allies, believe it or not), probably facing one of the following two:
A. China.
B. Middle East Coalition
3. No one will win. The world as a whole will be the loser.
4. Why do all wars start? One or a group of nations will attempt to impose their will on another nation or group.
5. Misery. Entire nations ravaged or completely destroyed. Needless loss of life, many of them innocent.
6. Within 20 years (at or before 2025).
7. No country will be immune. Missiles, direct attack, even terrorist type strikes will mean that all countries will suffer considerable damage and death.

I find it funny that someone said the U.S. will try to take over the world. The U.S. has never expanded its borders by military force since the continuous 48 states were created. The U.S. has ALWAYS given the land back to citizens after they defeat the enemy plus they rebuild it with their own cash. The only exception is the native americans and well, they have gambling.

What will eventualy be called WWIII began long ago, on that day when Mohammed inhaled too much hoo-haa and revealed the word of allah to the arabs. It has been cgoing on if fits and starts ever since. whether you call it the crusades, the barbary wars, etc. It will end with the death of Islam.
