I grab the old lady, tossing her up on my back. I then throw her handbag which the crazy guy trips over. He breaks his leg, and another concerned civilian grabs the gun. Soon, the cops arrive and arrest the man.

Man, mxdylan has quite the imagination. I'd shove the old lady out of the way, hoping she doesn't break a hip, (which would be the least of her problems) and run like hell.

tell that old woman to drop and run run run, i would be thinking of my kids as i am doing this, i do not want to break my kids hearts by dying, if you can understand that. the old lady has many memories to look back on and i would like the same, if i didnt have kids i would try my best to save the old lady, but my kids come first from now on

Oh wow...that's a rough one. I'd like to say I'd try to help save her, but who really knows? Great question, made me laugh and think!

I'd yell your gun is backwards. Maybe that would distract him, if not I'll give him a wide berth.
