This depends on what type of vision you have and your prescription strength. Look closely at yourself in a mirror with and without glasses and see if you can figure out if they make your eyes look larger or smaller.
If glasses make them look smaller, always curl your lashes to open the eye up as much as possible. Use a light shadow between the crease and the browbone and blend a darker shadow up to and slightly above the crease. I wouldn't line eyes heavily because this will make them look even smaller.
If your glasses make them look larger, I would steer clear of any brightly colored shadow! Using some brown liner would be all right, and shadow should be kept to a neutral tone on the lid. Remember, people should say "She has pretty eyes," not "She has pretty makeup!"

yes you can but you have to curl your eye lashes. the best way is the heat your eye lash curler with your hair dryer 3 second on high heat is more then enough. then you can use the mascara. take you can use either black or brown depending on your skin tone. if you wanted you could use blue if you have blue eyes or purple for brown eyes. you should not have any liner on the outside corner of your eyes. in other words you shouldn't have a complete circle eyeliner around your eyes. it will make the eyes look much bigger but not huge. also you may want to try useing the purple photo finsh bye sephora on the orbital bone then put your eye color over it.

I wear glasses sometimes too. I still put my mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner as if I'm not wearing any. Doesn't make any difference. In fact it may magnify it! LOL.

I wear glasses too. I wear all three, but I do make some adjustments because I wear glasses.
I don't wear any colors that clash with the color of my frames. I don't wear any mascara that is a lengthening formula, because then my eyelashes touch my glasses. I do try to wear a lighter/brighter shadow to make my eyes stand out more.

wearing a little make up is good. Make sure that it looks as close to natural as possible. I would suggest that you only wear a non clumping mascara that lengthens your lashes and a soft eyeshadow like a light pink.

I don't suggest you wear mascara if you have long eyelashes. Though I usually wear contacts, there is the occasional day I'll wear my glasses, and mascara can make your eyelashes annoying if they brush up against the lenses of the glasses.

well. . . .
i wear glasses, too and i wear black eyeliner on my lower lid, clear mascara and black liquid mascara on my upeer lid everyday.
if i feel like i wanna be different than i use a bright green, black, white, sparkly or red eye pencil/shadow and use it across my eyelids. but i put the main amount of color on the lash line and then blend it as i move up and out.
it's up to you and what looks best on you.
