Go to a Chamber of Commerce meeting. Prepare a short (30 second - 1 minute) commercial for your business telling what you do and what value you bring to the customer. Catchy phrases (jingles) help too.
Try to meet people who would have the same customers as you do (Realtors).

You can place an ad on the internet. Yahoo Answers prohibits advertising on here.
You would probably be more effective if you advertised locally in a newspaper or with flyers.
