twice now recently i made a bet with 2 people and won both times and they wont pay up.it makes me mad cuz if i would have lost i would have paid them cuz its the right thing to do.what should i do?

I had a guy bet me $20 I couldn't make a pool shot. When I made it he offered me double or nothing on another shot. I made that and he owed me $40, which he didn't have on him. So I kept asking him where my money was in front of other people until he was embarrassed into giving it to me.
But in your case, I would certainly stop betting with him.
J G: Are you for real? Having a small bet with a friend is not a gambling addiction you moron. That's like saying drinking a beer makes you an alcoholic.

Sounds to me like you're a recent arrival unto the gambling/betting scene! Take it from me DON'T GAMBLE and DON'T BET. Among the things I guarantee you will experience will be.
LOSS OF SOME GOOD FRIENDSHIPS:--most people who say to you "I'll bet you" do not really mean it. The expression "I'll bet You" is just their way of getting the upper hand or last word on what is probably just a dumb conversation. A dumb conversation to witch they have come to an 'inpasee'. The inpasse is a fancy French word for 'I cant defend this stupid point anymore'

maybe consider not making any bets, and forget about it they're not gonna pay you, it's not like you had the money in the first place. consider the knowledge of being an honourable person your reward and bask in it!!!
