Normally the first set of numbers is your routing number. Then there may be a check number in the middle, and then the account number.

GeorgiaGirl1833 is incorrect. There are 3 sets of numbers that run on the bottom of checks. They're called MICR (Magnetic Ink Check Reader) printing. These numbers are in the same order no matter which financial institution you bank with.
The 1st # is the routing number. 2nd # is the account number. 3rd # is the check number. After the check is cashed a 4th number will be printed after the check # which will represent the dollar amount without decimal points.

Well according to my checks.... it has a router number first, then the account number, then the check number. So your account number in this case would be the beginning of the second set of numbers (but not the numbers that actually match that specific check number.)
