He is really cute to me, but he just WANTS to act like my friend. I know that he like me, because his best best friend told me that he liked me, but that he was just not in the mood to go out. Do you think that I should ask out, or should I just wait for a long time for him just to ask me out? I think that I should wait. I just don't want to make a fool out of myself. Should I wait/?

just be ur self dont try to then he won't be felling u cause u acting like someone u not. And wait for him 2 ask u don't ask him that makes u look desperate.

If you like him, *wink* at him. Then play hard to get,but not for too long!!! LOL :) Give him a compliment on how nice he looks when you see him. It will build his ego a bit. Then start talking about things of mutual interest. If it's right, it will all come together for ya. Good luck !
