Don't fret, baby, you're getting the right answers.....
Key to being able to make guitar chords/notes sound crisp and clean...Being able to press down and hold string on frets. Get hand/fingers muscles flexible by regularly squeezing a racquetball or tennis ball. You'll develop small callouses first on your fingertips, but press on (pun intended!) and you'll be strumming fine in no time!

The 'handle' is called the neck, and the little metal parts are called frets! The part at the end of the neck (the part with the tuners) is called the headstock, and the 'big part' that either has pickups on an electric guitar, or the sound hole on an acoustic, is called the body.

by handle do u mean neck and by a medal bar ( metal bar) do u mean a fret??
