Try either one of these online scanners
http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Or if you know the files the viruses are in submit them to this site to get the required information

click start
click run
type msconfig
press OK

on the general tab select "Selective Startup"
uncheck Process SYSTEM.INI File
uncheck Process WIN.INI File
uncheck Load System Services
uncheck Load Startup Items
press apply
press OK

restart your computer
run your anti-virus
unchecking all of those makes your computer start as bare as it can without the viruses starting in the beginning
let anti-virus delete the viruses
restart your computer

click start
click run
type msconfig
press OK

on the general tab select "Normal Startup"
press apply
press OK

and your done.

I recomment also running lavasoft adaware right after running your anti-virus. adaware is a free spyware program that works great. good luck.
