You don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to do.

If the things he does or says make you uncomfortable then you eitehr don't put up with it or you learn how to tolerate it. But tolerating it should not mean changing who you are or your moral standards.

If you mean stand by a decision he made - you can be supportive but if you have a different opinion then just let him know you prefer not to be involved because your opinions differ. He should respect that.
