Ya mean a Pokemon Chao? Search "Chao Evolution" in a search bar of some kind and find a site. Maby something will come up.

Well,I'm an extreme Pokemon fan.But I don't think Pokemon can be in a Sonic the Hedgehog game,give me more info. on the question and maybe I can help.

nope. i have sonic adventure battle 2, and u definitely can't make a Pokemon in that game
