would have to have more info on year, type of truck. It is pointing to the injector driver circuit. Keep in mind that it needs 2 fully charged batteries to fire those injectors. I have been fooled before, even with 1 battery charger connected, wouldnt fire, sounds like its cranking ok but the voltage isnt high enough to fire the injectors. I rec: clear the codes, make sure you have 2 good batteries, crank it and see what code sets first. Then follow that code.

google the codes with type of truck ex. (04 f250 7.3L p1670) you will probably find what your looking for, thats what i do
