Can the way a woman (vagina) or male (penis) look turn you off?

Sure, why not? I am bisexual and I was attracted to one of my girl friends until we went skinny dipping together (and I saw her vagina...there was just something about it that turned me off).
Also, I have seen an uncircumcised penis and do not find that very attractive either.

Yes, but it's a matter of opinion. If it's all the sex organs that turn you off - have sex in the dark, or under covers and hope that your partner is understanding to that. If it's just the look of a particular person's sex organs that turns you off, then either learn to adjust, or leave them for someone you find more attractive.

Of course! Is a box of cow tongues attractive to you? I'm sure to some women, the "turtle in sweater" look of an uncircumsized member is unattractive....
