My wife says that she does not love me anymore, I have not cheated on her ever and have been a good husband. Our counsellor has recommended a temporary seperation where "anything goes" even being with others. My wife says she is not out looking for anyone but will not guarantee anything. Since this I have lost 17 pounds, have had knots in my stomach for 3 weeks, thrown up, cried, and cried, and cried, prayed to god, had suicidal thoughts, have not been able to work, eat or sleep. I am on Lorazapam to help me cope (not really working). I have done all of this and I do not think she has cheated yet. So to answer your question if a man truely loves his wife it is PURE devastation, more painful and lasting than anything I have known.

It depends who the other man is. For example, if the other man is the Prince of Wales, then it's a good feeling because the man knows that his own taste in women has been validated. Also, he's assured of an invitation to all the best parties. On the other hand, if the other man is the local wino and the wife had her assignation in the wino's cardboard box on Main Street, then the feeling might be a little different.

Unfortunately cheating happens all too often. Hurt, betrayed, lost. How would you feel? Cheaters need to be sent off to another continent and then they can be with somebody who lives the same way that they do.

pretty much betrayed maybe confused not knowing why his wife cheated but theirs really no answer to that because its not your fault that your wife was being out there with another man and maybe its your time to be by yourself and see what you find

I imagine all of the things that a woman feels when there is infidelity. Hurt, angry, deceived, not worthy. It is never a good feeling.

men don't feel. they'll just leave for someone else they can trust. You must have a good reason to cheat on him so better to admit it and walk away..
