Depends the spider. If you think of the disease "scabies", then your answer would be yes. Scabies is created by microscopic spiders that will enter and live under your skin, thus placing eggs for them to grow and then pop. Like a pimple I guess... and you will have, of course, more little spiders.
On the other hand if you are thinking of regular size spiders, I don't see how they would lay eggs within your skin.
