I've worked for both in industry. Either can be self centered and only care about moving higher up.
Either can be fair minded, have good suggestions, think and institute ideas you present.
This is a "chicken and the egg" question.

Men. I have worked for a man and a woman boss. It's also better to work in an office setting with few women. Can't believe I would ever say this. But that's my experience. Men tell you like it is, generally don't go talking about you behind your back and aren't so petty.

Yes becuz they r more tuff and they don't pick flowers and play withh barbies like women unless they are fagutz.
