Hi. I'm a coin dealer in the Midwest. Your 1948-S Lincoln Cent will range in value from just a few cents to about $5 depending on its condition. If it's just in what we would call "average circulated" condition then it's just worth 5-10 cents or so . It's not a rare date, but keep looking! Hope this info helps you out.

Depends on the condition of the penny. Is the penny color red or brown? If it has been in circulation it is worth about $.02 - $.03.
