In Internet Explorer, go to View / Text Size and select a larger size, or if you have a roller wheel on your mouse, hold CTRL and roll the wheel to make size larger / smaller

To make your text larger follow these steps:

1. Goto the top of the page and click on View
2. Go down to text size
3. Then pick your text size

This also might work for you if you have a scroll wheel on your mouse:

1. Hold down ctrl
2. While doing step 1 scroll the wheel on the mouse up or down to change the size

Go to view on your browser and check your Text Size. It should be on Medium.
