chew gum, eat hard candy, sniff cinnamon, join an on line quitters group, breath deeply[like inhaling] remember the craving will pass weather you have a smoke or not. take up a hand hobby, knitting etc.
when you feel you're gonna blow up, go for a walk, put your cig cost in a jar for some special treat. watch the money grow. you are comming off a horrendous addiction , and for the people around you...keep a low profile, and tell your mom, that you are there to help and that you are grateful that she's sticking with it so she will live a long time.

You need to go to a drug rehabilitation centre, or book yourself into a health spa where they only serve vegatarian food, do yoga and massage and do not allow smoking.

The really bad "I would kill for a cigarete" feelings magically subside on the 4th day, and as your body adjusts you just have to keep in mind how bloody hard it was to get to the fourth day and how you never want to go through that again EVER!
