From the top of my head, Master P and Terrell Owens. I think Master P had a 10 day gig with the-then Charlotte Hornets. NElly is pretty good, but he hogs the ball. All of that other garbage that they throw out at you during allstar break is crap. Justin Timberlake? Frankie Muniz? C'mon now.

Nelly without a doubt. Nelly can school some reserve players in the NBA. Yeah Nelly doesn't pass the ball a whole lot, but when he does, it's electrifying! And I don't hear anybody complaining about Kobe Bryant and his ball-hogging so all you people who think that Nelly can't pass need to observe that one-man squad in LA they call the Lakers. So yes, Nelly is the best non-basketball playing baller in the world.

Terrell Owens is sick at basketball, but i don't see him as a legite choice, seeing that he is an althlete. I think the best player is Nelly.
