Because your so emotionally "into" the game, it just makes you all like crying and stuffs.

One word --
STRESS!
You're probably focusing too hard on the game and creating an inner stress that causes your nose to bleed.
Do some meditation or other relaxation exercise before playing and stay as relaxed as possible while playing. Playing while relaxed may have the added benefit of increasing your scores. Stressless playing is faster/better playing.

You might be playing somthing a bit riske an your getting excited. Or sombody might have put loads of sliced up onions behind you pc.
