base on just part of the word "Ex", I would say no. It's like saying ex-wife. So... ExFinancial was in the financial business and now they are looking to be out of it and the owners are going to run and take all the money and screw all the employees.

No, it's a scam, they tell you you are processing customer payments and keeping some of the proceeds but you'll soon find out the payments you are "processing" are really fraudulent checks. Too bad by the time you find this out, they'll be long gone.
