There is none. Certain proteins are present in semen, but you would have to drink a ton of the stuff for it to have any negative or positive nutritional value.

I didn't realize there was any nutritional value in it. Might be some protein or something in the seminal fluid, but not much. While I like giving oral sex to my hubby, I can think of better ways to get good nutrition.

There is very little nutritional value to it.....although I don't know the specifics, I remember reading that a long time ago.
