yes.. not initially, but as long as you stay with the company, you will be promoted to management base on your experience.

Having a college certainly would help you get into management, however, it does not mean that you cant become a manager with out one. There are many companies that have management training programs and while they may prefer that you have the degree, thye do not require it. Job experience does still count for a lot when going up for a management position.
If you are able there are courses you can take, many of them on line that will teach you things about management. I posted a site for you to look at.

absolutely, but you will probably have to start at the bottom and work your way up. A degree would more likely grant you an entry level position. You dont need a college degree to start your own business and you can be President if you want =)

Yes! I don't have any degrees, been with my employer for 9 years, started out as a data entry clerk at $16k/yr, now manage my own operating center at $85k/yr.
It can be done!
