I didn't have migraines in my past either until one day I was in to an ear/nose/throat specialist for sinus problems I was having. I am very familiar with sinus headaches. He told me what I was actually suffering from at this particular time was indeed a migraine. He gave me a list of food and other triggers to avoid. By trial and error I was able to figure out what my triggers were and to either avoid them entirely or to plan for being around them. Some things can't be avoided altogether, like the weather. If you have a feeling of pressure around your eyes and even what feels like a toothache starting, it could be a sinus headache. Decongestants can help with that. Ask a pharmacist what they would recommend.
If the headaches continue, I'd check with a doctor because there are many forms of headaches including tension and cluster besides those already mentioned. Unfortunately, though, headaches are sometimes caused by brain tumours but these aren't too common. To be on the safe side and to get some relief, though, I'd check with a doctor.

If you have had this headache for 5 days straight then , I don't want to scare you, but it could be a brain tumor. If your pupils are dialated then it could definitely be a tumor. You should go to a docter!

Drink more water, I recently had a headache for 3 days, nothing would get rid of it, until i started drinking more - it turned out I was de-hydrated. Most people don't drink enough water anyway so even if it doesn't cure the headache you'll be healthier.
I doubt that helped very much!
Good luck

I would not go as far as thinking its a brain tumor. However, try some excedrine migraine-usually helps me. I would have to say go to the doctor though. Do not panic over something someone may think you have when they are not medically qualified. Good luck to you and I hope you feel better!

Maybe you need to get your eyes checked. That can cause headaches.
