pi times the square of the radius. It will be in SQUARE metres, inches, or centimeters, not meters, inches, cms.

and if the question only gives you the radius doulble that and multiply time pi. thrn put how many feet, inches, millimeters ect.

when r = radias (half the diamter)
and pi=3.14
