"There are web sites out there that do cell phone reverse directories"
WRONG. There are no cell phone directories. For cell phone info you need to order a reverse lookup from a vendor like Cellulartrace.com
Don't waste time with "free lookup" services or "unlimited searches" for a subsrciption fee BS. If you want it, you have to pay for a manual search or you'll get ripped off.

There are web sites out there that do cell phone reverse directories. Can't remember what name it is under. Wait here is one. www.searchdetective.net. Just type in (reverse cellphone directory). There are many sites for this. If you have the number why don't you just call and ask? Pretend you are someone else lookinf for a friend and say "this is susan, I'm trying to reach megan, who is this? Usually works. Don't do it from the phone the number appears on. Borrow a cellphone or some such other thing.
